The three Experts on this Tour

Nächster Reisetermin: 30. April bis 8. Mai 2027

Experienced Tour Guide · Professional Photo Guides · Personal Accompaniment from Arrival to Departure

From the beginning to the end of the tour, you will be accompanied by your Swiss tour leader and photography expert. At both destinations, you will also benefit from the expertise of local professional photographers and photo guides. This creates a unique combination of personal support, photographic guidance, and in-depth knowledge of nature and wildlife. Together, the team ensures that you experience the wildlife up close and make the most of every photographic opportunity.

Your Tour Guide

On this journey, I will accompany you from start to finish – from your arrival at Johannesburg Airport to your departure.

My goal is not to lecture you, but to share what the experience in the bush means to me personally. I want your photographs to tell the stories you will live on this trip. My aim is for you to return with images that are uniquely yours – images you will be proud of.

I bring decades of experience as a passionate hobby photographer. As a professional graphic designer, I specialise in image composition and editing, and I am eager to share all my knowledge with you.

Furthermore, I have extensive safari experience: I know how to read the bush, when silence is essential, and how to sense a moment before it happens. Having spent several months in South Africa with my family, I am also deeply familiar with the local culture and practicalities of the country.

Local Professional Photographers as Complementary Expertise

For two days at each location, local professional photographers join the group. They bring technical expertise and can answer all your questions regarding your camera and the finer details of settings.

Both are not only photography experts but also qualified nature guides. This makes them comprehensive insiders in their territory; they know the behaviour of the animals within it and view the lighting conditions of every season through a photographer’s eye.

(Portraits of both photographers will be published shortly.)
