* Domestic flights: Each flight takes around one hour and is included in the package price in economy class. An upgrade to business class can be requested for an additional fee once the airlines confirm the aircraft type, which typically happens only a few weeks before departure. If no business class option is available, extra baggage allowance can be arranged at an additional cost. As soon as we receive further details regarding domestic flights and luggage regulations, we will provide you with all the relevant information.

Guidance and Travel Experience

  • A secure travel experience thanks to experienced guidance, German-speaking support, and translation when needed: Our tour guide accompanies you throughout the entire journey, from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg to your return.

  • Educational insights into the ecosystem of the Greater Kruger, including detailed information on wildlife and their behaviour.

  • Personalised care due to our small group size: maximum of four photographers and two companions. (The tour is conducted with a minimum of three participants.)

Photography 

You benefit from triple expertise:

  • For the first two days at each location, you are accompanied by two different local professional photographers. They are also qualified Nature Guides and generously share their comprehensive knowledge with you. (Names and portraits will follow shortly.)

  • Your tour guide is a professional graphic designer by trade. She supports you with questions regarding image composition during game drives and assists with image editing during post-processing on the computer.

 

Accommodation

  • Four nights at the boutique lodge Antares Bush Camp, including exclusive use of the associated Umgede Hide by our group. All meals and local beverages are included. The hide is accessible 24 hours a day, and as a photographer, you are guaranteed a comfortable front-row seat. Additionally, one daily guided game drive in a 4x4 vehicle is part of the programme.

  • Four nights at Kambaku Safari Lodge in Timbavati, including all meals, local beverages, and two daily guided game drives in a 4x4 vehicle, exclusively used by our group.
